Instalments
On eligible courses you can split the fee across an agreed schedule with clear due dates. The plan is shown to you in full — every instalment and its date — before you pay the first one. There are no hidden charges.
Fee lock
The fee for the level you enrol in is locked for you when you enrol. If catalogue prices change later, your agreed fee does not.
Refunds
If you change your mind, our refund window is 7 days, with refunds processed in 5–7 working days. The full terms — including what happens once a course has substantially begun — are in our refund policy.
