Hiring
Hire people who've already built something.
Our Level 3 learners finish with a portfolio, an assessed skill record and interview practice. Tell us what you need and we'll shortlist — at no cost to you.
The problem
Hiring junior technical talent usually means sorting through resumes with no way to verify what a candidate actually built, or paying a recruiter a fee to do the same guessing on your behalf.
Our learners finish Level 3 with a real project portfolio, an assessed skill record, and interview practice — so what you see on a shortlist is closer to a work sample than a claim.
We charge no placement or recruitment fee, from employers or from learners, and we tell you plainly when nobody in the current batch is a genuine fit rather than sending a padded shortlist.
What we do
| Capability | What you get |
|---|---|
| Role intake | A short conversation about the role and the skills that actually matter for it |
| Shortlisting | Candidates who completed the relevant Level 3, matched to your JD |
| Candidate profiles | Project links, assessment scores and attendance/consistency data per candidate |
| Direct interviews | You interview and hire directly — no intermediary in the hiring decision |
| Custom-trained batches | A batch trained specifically for your stack, if you want a pipeline rather than a one-off hire |
How we work
Tell us what you need and what matters for the job
From learners who completed the relevant Level 3 course
With project links and assessment scores, not just a resume
Directly, on your own process
Directly — no placement fee involved at any point
Engagement models
| Model | Best for | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Standard shortlist | A single open role | No cost to the employer |
| Custom-trained batch | A recurring hiring need on a specific stack | Quoted as a corporate training engagement |
Shortlisting is free to employers and to learners — there is no placement or recruitment fee on either side. A custom-trained batch for your specific stack is quoted separately, as a training engagement.
We charge no placement or recruitment fee, from employers or from learners. We don't guarantee our learners a job, and we don't guarantee you a hire. We shortlist honestly — including telling you when nobody in the current batch fits.

How we've approached work like this
Anonymised summaries; some are illustrative of our approach.
The problem: A recurring need for junior developers, with resumes alone giving no confidence in actual ability.
What we did: A shortlist of Level 3 web development learners with project links and assessment scores matched to the JD.
The result: Illustrative worked example — not a completed engagement — to show how this would be scoped.
