Internships & industrial training
Internships and industrial training — real projects, real work.
Six weeks to six months on live client work, in Patna or remote. Merit-based, limited, and never a formality.
The problem
Internships are merit-based and limited, offered subject to performance and live project availability. Conditions apply. That sentence sits in the hero of this page, not buried in the footer, because it's the truest thing we can tell you about this programme.
There are two different things happening under one word, "internship," and we keep them separate on purpose. Industrial training is a paid programme with a guaranteed seat, built for a college requirement. A project internship is competitive, unpaid or lightly stipended depending on performance, and puts you on live client work — not a simulated exercise.
We'd rather you know the odds before you apply than discover them after.
What we do
| Capability | What you get |
|---|---|
| Industrial training | 4/6/8-week or 6-month structured programme with a guided project and a guaranteed seat |
| Project internship | 3 or 6 months of live client work under supervision, merit-based selection |
| College documentation | Offer letter, joining letter, completion certificate, project report format, signed evaluation sheets |
| Domain coverage | AI/ML, web development, app development, data analytics, cloud/DevOps, cyber security, UI/UX, digital marketing, video editing |
| Selection support | A skills test and interview so the process is assessed, not arbitrary |

Industrial training is a paid programme with a guaranteed seat and no stipend. Project internships may carry a stipend for strong performers; there is no stipend guarantee, and this is stated plainly rather than implied. Exact fee and stipend figures are confirmed at application, not published as a fixed number here.
We never charge any fee in exchange for a job offer or placement. Internships are merit-based and limited, offered subject to performance and live project availability. Some interns are offered roles after strong performance; there is no guarantee, and no fee is ever charged for a job.

How we've approached work like this
Anonymised summaries; some are illustrative of our approach.
The problem: A batch of students needs a 6-week industrial training with proper college documentation.
What we did: A structured curriculum with a guided project, ending in a project report and signed evaluation sheets in the college's format.
The result: Illustrative worked example — not a completed engagement — to show how this would be scoped.
