Code of conduct

This applies to every Learner, in our classrooms, in our labs, in WhatsApp groups and on our LMS. It exists so that everyone gets to learn.
Respect. Treat trainers, staff and fellow Learners with courtesy regardless of gender, religion, caste, region, language, disability or background. Harassment of any kind — including sexual harassment, bullying, casteist or communal remarks, and stalking — results in immediate termination without refund and, where warranted, a report to the police.
Attendance and punctuality. Be on time; late arrivals disrupt the whole batch. Maintain at least 75% attendance to qualify for certification. Tell us in advance if you must miss a session.
Academic honesty. Submit your own work. Using someone else's project, sharing assessment answers, or impersonating another Learner in an assessment means the assessment is void and may end your enrolment.
Your access is yours alone. Do not share your LMS credentials or class links. Accounts found in use by more than one person are suspended.
No recording. Do not record, screenshot, screen-capture or re-stream classes, and do not redistribute Materials. This is a material breach of our Terms.
Devices and lab. Use lab machines for coursework. Do not install unlicensed software, alter system settings, access other Learners' files, or eat and drink at the machines. Report damage rather than hiding it; damage caused deliberately is chargeable.
Class etiquette. Join every session with your registered name and ready to participate. Give the trainer and your batchmates your attention, ask questions when invited, and keep nothing offensive in your messages, name or surroundings.
Security and ethical-hacking courses — a specific and serious rule. Techniques taught in our cyber security and ethical-hacking Courses are for defensive and lawfully authorised testing only. You must never target any system, network, account or person without the documented permission of the owner. Any unlawful use ends your enrolment immediately, forfeits your fee and certificate, and may be reported to the authorities. You remain personally and solely liable for your own actions.
Safety. Follow instructions on electrical equipment and emergency exits. Report anything unsafe immediately.
Consequences. Depending on severity: a verbal caution → a written warning → suspension from classes → termination of enrolment without refund → referral to law enforcement. Decisions are made in writing, and you may appeal to the Grievance Officer.
Reporting. Report a concern to any trainer, to support@marutiaitech.com, or to grievance@marutiaitech.com. Reports about harassment are handled confidentially and we will not disadvantage anyone for making one in good faith.
