We deliver training, not physical products. This page explains what you receive, when you receive it, and how.
1. What we deliver
Maruti AI Technology delivers educational services, not physical products. On enrolling you receive:

2. How classes run
Classes are live and instructor-led, taught on a fixed batch schedule at our Patna centre. The Fee, the syllabus, the assessment and the certificate are the same for every Learner on a Course.
3. What you need to provide
- Attendance for your scheduled sessions. Lab machines are provided at our centre; you may bring your own laptop.
- Where a Course requires you to work on your own computer, the minimum specification is published on that Course page (broadly: 8 GB RAM, a 64-bit OS, and a stable internet connection; video and 3D Courses need more, as stated on those pages). A mobile phone alone is not sufficient for most Courses.
- A valid mobile number and email address, kept current with us.
4. Access period
LMS access and Materials for a Level remain available for the duration of that Level plus 6 months afterwards. Class recordings, where provided, are available for revision during the Course and for 6 months after it. Recordings are for your personal revision only and may not be downloaded, shared or redistributed.
5. If delivery fails
If a class does not take place as scheduled, we hold a make-up session at no cost. If you do not receive your confirmation, LMS credentials or certificate within the timelines above, write to support@marutiaitech.com or call our published number; we will resolve access issues within 2 working days. If we are ultimately unable to deliver the Course you paid for, our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies and you receive a full refund of the undelivered portion.
6. No physical shipping
We do not sell or ship physical goods. The only physical item we may dispatch is an optional printed certificate, at your request, with courier charges disclosed before dispatch and a tracking reference shared with you.
